Restricted Delivery Zones
We don't deliver to army camps, hotels, and the islands in Singapore due to uncertain and unforeseen administrative procedures.
We are currently shipping to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia.
Our vision is to be able to ship worldwide, and we're definitely working on making this possible!
Standard delivery option:
After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. However, we do offer redelivery for your order! Additional redelivery fees will apply.
- Standard Courier: $2
- Express Courier: $3.50
*All unclaimed parcels exceeding 6 months will be cleared and no replacements/reimbursements/refunds will be made.
Special Parcel Request - Leaving parcel outside of residence
We do not encourage leaving parcels outside of residence. However, upon special valid parcel request, it is possible for the parcel to be arranged without signing. That being said, there will be no reimbursement or replacement if order is being misled and not received by you.
Exchange & Refund Policy
We will not accept exchange and/or refunds based on the following reasons:
- Colourisation/discolouration after washing of garments (all customers are advised to read our 7-Steps Product Care)
- Sudden disfavour of garments/change of garment colour (kindly allow slight colour differences due to variation in screen colour calibration)
- Impulse purchases
- Unsatisfied garment fitting
Item exchanges are only applicable if there is a sizing issue. Item(s) must be bought under regular price and in their original condition, tags must be intact!

Reason (Sizing issue)
Return & Exchange can only be done once per item and must be made within 14 days from the date of parcel collection. Please note that the exchange of any pre-order item will require another 2 weeks to be processed.
*Kindly ensure that the item you intend to return & exchange is sent back to us in original condition (not washed/unworn/no tearing/tags intact) and via a traceable mode as Eunice Rebekah will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
Refunds are only applicable if the size of an exchanging item is out of stock/unavailable.
Eunice Rebekah will not provide any form of cash refunds. In the event of a refund, only a store credit refund will be offered. All transactions will be refunded in store credits and the team will not entertain any form of cash refund cases.
Kindly note that all purchases using store credits will not be eligible for exchange/refunds.
Note: Any form of Refund/Exchange will only be processed once your Return Parcel has reached us.
